VDS: automatic swing and sliding gates

That is why we at OsaTech have chosen among the brands to offer our customers VDS Automation, which has been producing solutions for automating sliding and swing gates for over thirty years.

In particular, molds, mechanical parts such as gears and motor shafts, and control panels are designed and manufactured, which are then assembled and tested within the VDS facilities.
Great attention is paid to the performance of the motors, all of which are of the highest range, and to their quiet operation, as well as to components that are able to protect the automatics from corrosion and the elements, making them suitable for installation in different situations.

Sliding gates

To make one’s gates automatic for example, there are gearmotors such as SIMPLY 230 AV -24V and CARRERA 230 AV-24V, suitable for systems up to 600 kg and up to 1000 kg, respectively.

For heavier structures there is AG FUTURE 230V-380V and AT PLUS 230V-380V, with a control system using radio and antennas, which can even automate gates of 1,800 and 2,500 kg.
Radio and antenna technology is also used by SLIM VULCAN 230V-24V, which, however, supports smaller gates up to 400 kg.

For even more imposing installations, such as industrial ones, up to 5,000 kg, VDS Automation offers TOM 230Δ – 400Y Vac, which features an external switchgear with watertight box and guarantees high performance at the motor level.
