The goal with which the founder, Simone Poggi, started the sole proprietorship Osa Informatica in 1997 was clear: to offer nationwide specialized consulting and support services in the fast-growingInformation & Communication Technology sector.
The“think global, act local” philosophy has continued to guide and reward the business efforts undertaken, enabling it to respond effectively to the heterogeneous needs of customers. This approach has enabled Osa Informatica SA to establish itself as a preferred partner for numerous Ticino and Insubric businesses.
Over the years, the company has embarked on a steady path of growth, evolving and expanding its offerings thanks to the expertise and specialization of the professionals who have joined the team.
Guided by the principle “Customer loyalty is proportional to the degree of customer satisfaction,” Osa Informatica SA has achieved significant results, leading to the establishment of the first Data Center in Lugano, from which web, hosting and housing services have been developed and provided for both local and international customers.
Constant care and dedication have enabled the company, in nearly thirty years of operation, to serve about 650 companies and more than 6,500 private clients.
Over time, the group has also acquired a number of strategic companies, integrating them internally and further strengthening its know-how and client portfolio. This growth process also led to the evolution of the brand into Osa Tech Group SA.

OSA Automation develops and implements advanced automation systems for homes and businesses, integrating advanced identification technologies for dynamic and secure access management.
Since 2003, we have offered complete solutions for gates, garage doors, automatic doors, shutters, barriers and parking bollards, as well as advanced systems for intelligent parking management. We design and manufacture custom-made garage doors, using innovative and environmentally sustainable materials, and offer solutions that can be managed via mobile app.
OSA COMMUNICATION
Effective communication today must be integrated, strategic and multichannel. OSA Communication supports companies with a 360-degree approach, seamlessly combining traditional and digital tools.
We have been involved in branding and visual communication since 1999, with services ranging from the creation of logos, brochures, catalogs and graphic materials to the development of websites, e-commerce, applications and digital content. We also offer services in SEO, digital marketing, social media management, photo and video production.
We complement our offerings with hardware solutions for corporate visibility, including digital signage, multimedia totems, video walls and professional displays.
