BFT: automatic swing and sliding gates

BFT has also thought about realities in which it is necessary to install gates in locations that are not easy, perhaps with the presence of perimeter walls or fairly narrow doorways.
In the catalog there are electromechanical, hydraulic and sliding automatic gates.

The former are especially designed for gates up to 500 kilograms in purely residential settings, intervening with underground systems where logistics make it difficult to install other solutions, while the latter are suitable for intensive use, especially for buildings and industries, with gates up to 700 kilograms.

To increase the degree of safety of its automatic gates, the company has come up with a unique technology such as D-Track, which can acquire and process data from various indicators and then calibrate the level of thrust needed to complete the gate maneuver: this ensures maximum efficiency under all conditions.

Electromechanical automations

They are distinguished into underground (suitable for prestigious properties where care must be taken not to alter the elegance of the rooms) and not, in order to easily adapt to different needs and logistical situations.
BTF, with its flexibility, has a solution for every need, while ensuring total safety and maximum reliability.

Cratterized by extremely simplified and intuitive wiring, thanks to ALENA control units and colorful, standardized connections, the residential-use electromechanical pistons in the PHOBOS AC A range automate gates up to 500 kilos and with aswing leaf up to 5 meters.
Much emphasis has also been placed on ease of installation in the KUSTOS BT A and KUSTOS ULTRA BT A ranges, thanks, in the former case, to a number of important features such as a covered worm gear, magnetic limit switches, and in the latter to a covered worm gear, integrated stops, and magnetic limit switches.

When dealing with installations characterized by obstructions such as pillars, BFT uses the VIRGO SMART BT A range of electromechanical arm operators, which are perfectly adaptable thanks to their lever system, or the IGEA BT or IGEA family of irreversible electromechanical operators, which in turn work with an articulated lever system , to obviate even the presence of large constructions.

If, on the other hand, the abutments to be taken into account are medium or small, E5 BT A, a range of reversible operators, features small dimensions and sled arms that enable them to overcome constraint problems such as walls or obstacles in close proximity to the operator, without forgetting safety with the D-Track system.

In cases where the need is for clean gate aesthetics, especially in prestige installations, the perfect solution is HIDE SW, which can fully integrate within the uprights of swing gates.

BTF’s electromechanical underground models, on the other hand, are ELI AC A and ELI BT A.
Thanks to mechanical stops present at both opening and closing, they are invisible, as they have no stops on the ground, and are therefore not an aesthetic nuisance, while ensuring accuracy and reliability over time in all weather conditions.
The FAST version allows even shorter opening and closing times.

Hydraulic automation

They are suitable for intensive use of gates, whether condominiums or industrial, up to 800 kilograms and 7 meters in length.

GIUNO ULTRA BT A and LUX are ranges of hydraulic pistons marked by a very intensive use, adaptable to residential, residential and industrial situations , characterized by compactness and robustness (LUX can be installed in both reversible and irreversible versions, as well as ORO, for the residential and small-condominium area),

Instead, the atout of P7/P4.5 are the smooth movements, achieved through an extremely high-performance hydraulic system and at the slowing down of the closing phase.

SUB BT presents for counter low voltage hydraulic operatorsdesigned for residential, condominium and industrial applications , equipped with mechanical stops and virtual encoders.

The underground solution is represented by SUB, for very intensive use in any type of application, available in both reversible and irreversible versions, with or without slowing down on opening and closing and with opening angles up to 180°, to adapt to diversified needs.

Automations for sliding gates

If the previously listed solutions automated swing gates, BTF also offers a long series of systems for sliding gates, both for moderate and intensive use and efficient even in harsh weather conditions.

For residential realities, there are the ranges of DEIMOS BT A, DEIMOS ULTRA BT A (with newly developed magnetic limit switches for faster, more precise installations that are perfectly integrated with the sit architecture) and DEIMOS AC A (with electromechanical limit switches), while ARES BT A (for intensive use) and ARES ULTRA BT A (with magnetic limit switches and control panels prepared with U-link communication protocol.) are offered.

ICARO SMART AC A, ICARO ULTRA AC A and ICARO VELOCE SMART AC A are 230 V operators for many intensive uses, made small and extremely high-performance by their oil-bath transmission. They are precise, fast and safe.

For large gates, the SP3500 range of 400 V three-phase powered operators can be installed, capable of guaranteeing thanks to various technical features including the gearmotor structure, which is heavy, the casing and the on-board control unit, to be particularly reliable and powerful.

When dealing with cases where you need a solution that is invisible to those passing by, BTF offers the 24V HIDE SL SMART BT A operator for sliding gates.
